It is a Michigan based Real Estate License Holding Company for Realtors who either retiring, or work on a part time basis. GLRE Holding allows agents to maintain their license on a passive basis. We are a vehicle for you to refer buyers and sellers to, and receive a referral stream of income (in the State of MI.) for only $99/year.
No, you only pay $99/year.
You must complete your annual 6 hours of Con-Ed (including 2 hours of legal) per year. GLRE Holding provides this to you at no charge.
Each lead you send to GLRE Holding that closes, you will receive 75% of the 25% referral that gets sent to another agent.
Very easy, we offer online classes year round, or once per year have a 6 hour in person class in the Grand Rapids area.
No problem. We can make that happen quickly. Just a matter of sending your license back to the state for reinstatement with our sister Company, Anchor Realty L.L.C. or another broker.
